SATURDAY'S TRIP TO EXPLORE TOKYO!

Saturday is one of the two free days we are given. Early Saturday morning I meet Whitney (the famous subway guru) and we head out to Meiji Jingu Shrine. This shrine is set in a park-like setting and is beautiful! As I walked throught the woods, I was reminded of Camp Classen! Although the park/shrine is right in the center of Tokyo, it hard to remember that because the trees muffle the sound of the cars and it is a peaceful place.
