Last night, our group of 20 spent the evening at a ryoken, a traditional Japanese inn. The pictures are of our room, complete with tatami mats, our banquet room, part of our many course traditional Japanese feast, and my 3 room-mates (Paula from New York, Diane from Houston, and Carolyn from Virginia), dressed in traditional yukatas and happi coats! After our group came back to the room from dinner, the table and chairs had been moved and 4 futons had been placed on the floor - it reminded me of Camp Classen!!!!!
