Gujo is the Food Sample Center of the World!!!

In Japan, when you go out to a restaurant, you will often choose your food from very realistic food samples. Gujo makes over 80% of all food samples for Japan and the world, so one of our activities was to visit a Food Sample Factory. I was actually ahead of the game, because my host family had taken me to make food samples the day before. It is an interesting process and I will be bringing home my work!!! It is very realistic!
